Greg Lenburg

Greg Lenburg is co-author  of The Three Stooges Scrapbook - Updated Edition, considered to be the definitive book about the iconic comedy team. First published in 1982, The Three Stooges Scrapbook has been in print for 40 years. The updated edition, published in 2012, was co-written by Stooge leader Moe Howard’s daughter, Joan Howard Maurer, and Lenburg's twin brother, Jeff, as was the original edition.

Lenburg has also co-authored an updated and enlarged edition of Once a Stooge, Always a Stooge, the autobiography of comic Joe Besser of The Three Stooges, with Besser and his brother Jeff, and Steve Martin: The Unauthorized Biography.

In 2022, Lenburg launched a website, JoeBesserForever.com, celebrating the legacy of one of Hollywood's great comedians, a companion to Besser's autobiography. The website features more than 200 high-definition clips from Besser’s nearly 350 memorable movie and TV roles, including as a member of the Three Stooges, as Stinky on The Abbott and Costello Show, as Jillson on The Joey Bishop Show as well as a photo gallery of more than 170 photos. 

Joe Besser Forever is also available on YouTube. Lenburg has also launched a second website, joebesser.net, which shows why "Joe Besser was the right stooge at the right time."

Lenburg is a former radio newscaster and journalist.
